Shan Paya Masala
Shan Paya Masala is a traditional Pakistani dish made with goat trotters cooked in a spicy, aromatic masala paste. It is widely popular in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh and is often served as a main dish or side dish. The masala paste consists of ground spices such as coriander, cumin, red chilli powder, garlic and ginger powder cooked in oil and then simmered with onions and tomatoes until tender. The finished dish usually has an earthy flavor with underlying hints of spice that make it quite irresistible!
