Shan Biryani Recipe Masala (Double Pack) -100gms
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups long-grain Basmati rice
2. 1 ½ tablespoons Shan Biryani Masala mix
3. ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
4. Salt as needed
5. 3 tomatoes, chopped
6. 1 large onion, sliced thin and lightly fried until golden brown
7. 1 inch piece of ginger, grated or finely chopped
8. 4 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
9. 2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional) 10 4 tablespoons ghee or clarified butter (divided) 11 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish) 12 ¼ cup peanuts or cashews (optional) 13 2 bay leaves 14 Pinch of crushed cardamom seeds 15 A few saffron threads soaked in a few drops of warm milk 16 6-8 whole cloves 17 8 to 10 curry leaves 18 2 cups of water
