What is Cash on Delivery?
We understand that cash payment is the simplest way to complete your online shopping in Pakistan and avail of online deals. To utilize this payment option, simply select "Cash on Delivery" when placing your order. Our customer care team will contact you prior to delivering the product, allowing you ample time to prepare the cash payment.

Please note that for certain products, our Customer Support Representative may request an advance payment (partial or full) as a confirmation for your order.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY

Dear customers, at Catchnpack, we prioritize consumer safety and to ensure this, Card Verification is mandatory. There might be instances where we collect or require the ID card of the cardholder either during or before the delivery process.

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds. However, in certain exceptional cases, we provide online store credit for the amount spent, excluding delivery charges. If a product is unavailable, the remaining items will be shipped, and a voucher equivalent to the value of the unavailable product, minus shipping charges, will be issued.

Please be informed that for any exchanges or return requests, you must provide Proof of Purchase, which can be any of the following:

- Original purchase receipt
- Invoice
- Order confirmation email

• For exchange or replacement, you must provide the original receipt.
• The items being returned must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and have all price tags attached.
• Exchange and replacement requests are accepted within a seven-day timeframe.
• In the event of item return, only online store credit will be provided.
• If a product requested for exchange is currently out of stock, it cannot be credited.
• We retain the right to decline exchange or return requests.

No claims shall be entertained if,

• The return period for products is 7 days from the date of purchase, excluding Fresh, Ultra Fresh, and Frozen items (subject to Terms and Conditions).
• Claims for exchange or replacement of products purchased on the website will not be processed at any physical store of Catchnpack.
• Products bought from Catchnpack stores cannot be returned or exchanged through the online store.
• Claims will not be accepted for products that have previously been replaced or exchanged.
• Damaged products caused by the consumer will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
• Products returned without a receipt will be declined.
• Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame will not be accommodated.
• Consumable items that have been used cannot be exchanged.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be accepted for exchange.
• Items returned without their original packaging or accessories will not be eligible for exchange.
• Goods and items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for replacement or exchange, unless they were received damaged.
• Custom-made or altered items cannot be exchanged or processed.
• No returns are permitted for online store credit.
