National Seekh Kabab Recipe Mix
Ingredients:
1. Mix Spices (Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Nutmeg & Mace Powder, and Garam Masala) – 11gm 2. Besan (Gram Flour) – 20gm 3. Salt to taste
4. Refined Sunflower Oil – 5ml 7. Ginger-Garlic Paste – 6ml Instructions: 1. Put the gram flour in a bowl and add the mix spices of choice along with salt as desired by you according to your taste. Mix it well until all ingredients are combined together properly without any lumps being formed.
2. Now add the refined oil and ginger-garlic paste and mix them properly into the mixture until everything is blended together nicely in the dough like consistency .
3 . Finally make small lemons sized balls from this mixture and press them flat on a greased foil or plate so that they become seekh kababs just like thin patties .
4 . Heat oil in a non stick pan over medium to low heat for shallow frying of kababs . Place these seekh’s one by one carefully into hot oil , flipping over once after one side is lightly golden brown or when both sides have turned golden brown in colour respectively and fry for about 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through completely before transferring them onto an absorbent paper towel to let extra fat get absorbed off them before serving hot !
