National Refined Salt
Refined salt, also known as table salt or iodized salt, is a processed form of sodium chloride. It is typically fine-grained and white in appearance. It generally consists of at least 97% sodium chloride by weight, with the remainder consisting of trace minerals and sometimes added iodine (iodized). Refined salt is used in cooking and baking, as a condiment on meals, and for pickling foods.
