Ingredients:
Salt, Garlic Powder, Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, and Turmeric Powder.
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). 2. In a bowl mix together the Salt, Garlic Powder, Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder and Black Pepper as per the recipe instructions provided in the package contents.
3. Now take some chicken pieces (boneless or with bone), and marinate it with this above-mentioned spice mix for about 20 minutes or more if required for better flavor absorption.
4. Now add some oil or butter to it and toss gently so that everything is well coated with spices from all sides of the chicken pieces.
5. Place these marinated Tikka Boti on a greased baking tray/dish and bake in preheated oven at 350°F (176°C) for 15 minutes at lower rack position until they are cooked through & slightly charred which gives great flavor to them!!
