National Chicken Tikka Recipe Mix 40gms
Ingredients: –
1/4 cup plain yogurt –
2 tablespoons curry powder – 1 teaspoon ground cumin – 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander –
1 teaspoon garlic paste – 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice –
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes or strips –
2 teaspoons vegetable oil (for marinating) Instructions: 1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, curry powder, cumin, coriander and garlic paste. Mix well. 2. Add lemon juice and mix until combined.
3. Place the cubed chicken in the mixture and coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to 24 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 375F degrees (190C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
5. Arrange the marinated chicken into an even layer on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165F/75C). Serve warm with your favorite side dishes!
