  4. In the event of returning an item, store credit will be provided instead of a cash refund.
  5. If a product intended for exchange is currently unavailable in our stock, it cannot be credited.
  6. We retain the right to decline any requests for exchanges or returns.

No claims shall be entertained if,

  1. Claims will not be accepted for products that have already been replaced or exchanged in the past.
  2. Products damaged by the consumer will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
  3. Returns without a valid receipt will be declined.
  4. Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame will not be accommodated.
  5. Consumable items that have been used cannot be exchanged.

  10. No returns are allowed for Men & Women Innerwear, Skincare and Haircare Items, Perfumes and Fragrances (including Deodorants), Laundry and Cleaning products, and Pet Supplies.
  11. Online store credit cannot be returned.
  12. Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, except for Fresh, Ultra Fresh, and Frozen items (subject to specific Terms and Conditions).
