Currently, we offer two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) on delivery and Credit Card. We are actively working on integrating online payment methods, which will be available in the near future.

- Input your Tracking Number, as provided in the SMS sent by Catch n Pack. If the message is misplaced or not received, you may alternatively utilize your Order Number (accessible in the confirmation email sent upon placing the order) along with your designated Mobile number.
- Click on the "Track" button.
- Subsequently, you will be presented with your order status and comprehensive details pertaining to your order.

No, you are not required to pay any shipping charges when returning a product.
