Does delivery cover all regions of Pakistan?

Yes! We provide shipping services all over Pakistan, delivering orders directly to your doorstep.

What are the delivery charges?

Please note the following delivery charges:

 
  • Delivery Charges: A flat rate of PKR 179 applies to all orders below PKR 3500.

  • Free Delivery: Available for all orders of PKR 3500 or more.

 

How can I place an order?

Our online platform provides a seamless ordering experience. Simply browse through our products, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed with the ordering process after logging in. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order number and a summary via email and the phone number you provided. Additionally, the order summary will be stored in your account for future reference.

What payment methods can I use?

Currently, we offer two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) on delivery and Credit Card. We are actively working on integrating online payment methods, which will be available in the near future.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, kindly follow the following steps:

  1. Access the "Track Order" option available in the footer of our website.
  2. Input your Tracking Number, as provided in the SMS sent by Catch n Pack. If the message is misplaced or not received, you may alternatively utilize your Order Number (accessible in the confirmation email sent upon placing the order) along with your designated Mobile number.
  3. Click on the "Track" button.
  4. Subsequently, you will be presented with your order status and comprehensive details pertaining to your order.

No, you are not required to pay any shipping charges when returning a product.

How long do I have to initiate a request for a refund or replacement?

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please ensure that it is done within 7 days of receiving the product. Remember to provide proof of purchase, and please note that the item should be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

Do you verify orders before processing them?
