Bake Parlor Achari Macaroni

Ingredients:

– 2 cups macaroni – 1 tbsp oil – 2 tsp achari masala – 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped – 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped – Salt to taste – 3/4 cup tomato puree – 4 tbsp cream Instructions: 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat, add the achari masala and fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the onion and capsicum and sauté for 5 minutes until softened. Add salt to taste.

3. Add tomato puree, cream and cooked macaroni to the pan, mix everything together well and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until heated through completely while stirring occasionally.. Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments! Enjoy!
