This policy is applicable to all online purchases made at catchnpack. We strive to ensure a hassle-free return experience as part of our dedication to taking care of you throughout your journey. Exchanges will be exclusively facilitated for goods bought through catchnpack.pk
Order Confirmation Policy
To ensure timely delivery, please provide your active phone number. You'll receive a WhatsApp message for order confirmation as our company policy. Failure to confirm may result in order delay. Thank you.
Exchange/Replacement Policy
- A valid original receipt is required for any exchange or replacement.
- Items must be returned in their original manufacturer's packaging, with all price tags securely attached.
- Exchanges and replacements will be accepted within a seven-day timeframe.
- In the event of returning an item, store credit will be provided instead of a cash refund.
- If a product intended for exchange is currently unavailable in our stock, it cannot be credited.
- We retain the right to decline any requests for exchanges or returns.
No claims shall be entertained if,
- Claims will not be accepted for products that have already been replaced or exchanged in the past.
- Products damaged by the consumer will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
- Returns without a valid receipt will be declined.
- Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame will not be accommodated.
- Consumable items that have been used cannot be exchanged.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be eligible for exchange.
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories will not be accepted.
- Goods and items purchased on sale or other promotions are generally not eligible for replacement or exchange, unless received in a damaged condition.
- Custom made or altered items, including personalized products, cannot be exchanged or accommodated.
- No returns are allowed for Men & Women Innerwear, Skincare and Haircare Items, Perfumes and Fragrances (including Deodorants), Laundry and Cleaning products, and Pet Supplies.
- Online store credit cannot be returned.
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, except for Fresh, Ultra Fresh, and Frozen items (subject to specific Terms and Conditions).
